ATT project to add emergency backup generators to existing sites. Managed construction processes. Gained knowledge of CA

Tasked with verifying and improving quality with OCI CMs and contractors on 4G sites. Created interactive approach with
crews and managers by going in field and working to verify all aspects of scope were understood by personnel doing work. This
process met with reduced defects and established excellent rapport with field personnel.
